Bio 

Presenter ́s Bio: Karen Diaz is a Gifted and Talented Coordinator for Primary and Elementary School at Colegio Nueva Granada in Bogotá, Colombia. She has a BA degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes, an MS. in Learning Disabilities, and a Specialized Certificate in Gifted and Talented Education.

Summary

We will describe our journey of why and how we started our Gifted program for our multicultural and international student population, our program philosophy, identification protocol, programs and service delivery at the different building levels. We will go over our implementation experiences, lessons learned, and advancement for the coming years.
